Pros
The filter is effective in removing impurities and the taste of the water is noticeably improved. This product removes all contamination from the water and gives enough pure water to drink. The best part is that it fits perfectly in my fridge.
Spigot works flawlessly with no drips. I only wish the filter was a bit faster as it takes forever to refill. To make it easier i keep a small glass jug of tap water filled beside it.
Also a bonus, it comes with 2 long life filters! It has large water storage tank. Has good lasting capacity of water filter. It truly fits my family’s water needs really well.
Cons
The product came as intended, but dont be fooled, the packaging is clear and i can confirm, the product come with only 1 elite filter not 2. Terribly slow.

Just shy of 2 years on the same filter, using 4 litres a day.
Replacing my old sturdy ultramax by clorox and this new filter is much thinner,more brittle, but way lighter.
Price
The price was great during prime days and i ordered one for myself, which would change the brita i already have.
Shipping
Asked for refund which was quickly handled by returning this one.
Ordered another and it arrived late but still got here.

No extra force was applied i probably should have requested a refund but i just moved into my new home and you know how that goes
