Pros

Brita replacement pour through filters, 2 count (pack of 1), gray. Imo worth replacing your older units just for this feature. Let the spout hang over the shelf and pull the shelf under it out more so i could sit my water bottle while it fills.

Cons

This is very disappointing. Do not recommend. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Seems the nozzle has a slow leak and is now faulty. Water filter seems pathetically thin.

Based on reviews here, this seems to have been a common reoccurrence for many customers. When reaching out to amazon customer support they swear they can’t do anything for you. Terrible customer service and product. Retuned for refund.
