When you are not careful water gets into the hole and then drips down the handle and out at the bottom of the handle

This was to replace a 15 year old brita that had started losing pieces and breaking apart

It wouldve been more logical to make it the same height as a milk jug instead of slightly taller since it will probably be stored in a fridge

We have to slide it in at a slight angle and ended up breaking the spout cover on the shelf above

Also i had a bad experience with my first brita filter pitcher where the lid that you open to fill the pitcher would just fall off when you pour the water and i was afraid that this one would have the same issue but it definitely does not at all

If you fill it to th stop the water spills out all over the counter and fridge so you really have to fill it about 3xs before you put it away
