I like this business a lot they make prompt appointments they answer calls after hours they come on schedule they use modern tools like texting confirmations and emailing a tracker that shows the technicians realtime location on the way to your house that is pretty awesome no waiting around and guessing an eta

Still not happy about this bad unit but thats more of an issue with trane than with direct air

The owner actually shared that they no longer sell those models because of the decline in quality of trane

Original postbegan as a customer 2 years ago when i overpaid for a trane unit that has proven to be deeply problematic
