The car seat is secure, seems to be comfy for him. The seat is designed for toddlers up to 35 lbs. It is also very lightweight, which makes it easy to get in and out of our very large suv.

Also the straps are impossible to adjust and have very flimsy plastic buckles. It's no longer easy or smooth, takes two hands and forget it if you have a sleeping baby. However, it no longer folds.
