After about 20 minutes of carrying an 18 lb little one it can kind of wear you out and bother your back some but thats not a product design flaw

There is a lot of instructions needed to use this carrier and i am still unsure that we ever used it correctly

And then once you finally get the darn thing on theres no way to adjust it if its too tight or too loose
