Pros

Can face baby in or out. Spent many km of walking with both kids, it's durable and comfortable. Baby seems to be comfortable in it too, whether he is rear or forward facing.

This carrier is as good as it gets imho. I decided to purchase this baby carrier instead of the mama's and papas morph. It is easy to adjust for each of us to wear and the shoulder pad feels great.

The terry cloth drooling (removable, washable and soft) is great. My newborn is a long, heavier baby, plus i'm big myself (almost 6' and size 12-14) it is still very comfortable for me.

The no pinch latches to easily insert and remove the baby are ingenious. Those side-click latches are always scary to use.

Cons

Absolutely not possible with britax.
