The engineering department provided assurance that the seat is safe as it long as it does not restrict the belt with a complete fold over the childs chest

But there is no side protection and no latch to fix it to the car

Also it is not aircraft allowed because this seat should not be used as lapbelt only

The top padding around the head hits my kids 5 7 shoulders so this is not a good fit for my tall 7 year old and only ok for my 5 year old
