Pros

As a firefighter of 18 years this is the only carseat i buy for my kids. Worth it if you even have the possibility of using two vehicles/grandparents/babysitter cars. It has a nice amount of padding compared to other carseats we looked at.

Our nuna car seat fabric pilled and snagged almost right away, this one is great. The seat itself seems very sturdy and well made. Have had it for 3 months now with zero issues.

Cons

It's truly ridiculous.

I doubt i'll get a refund but it's worth a try. I contacted customer support.
