We also have a graco convertible car seat in another car and it is much more difficult to install than our britax

The mechanism in the seat broke somehow and made it extremely difficult to use

Customer support did exchange it but it took forever and this is a product that one cannot do without and much too expensive to buy another while awaiting the replacement

The issue 1 that made me return the seat and buy a graco 4ever seat instead we have the same graco seat in a second car was that britax was too tight for my son in a shoulder area
