Pros
It's a little pricey but well worth it for older individuals who dread showering because of the cold air. The heat is perfect to warm the bathroom while showering, then switch it to vent to pull out the moisture.
Both heater and fan are exceptionally quiet. Also installed ceiling speakers, so our music drowns out any fan noise!
Cons
Broan has a problem with the heating elements for this unit. Only on the lowest setting is it relatively quiet.
Broan keeps pretending nothing is wrong, but other customers are having the same problem. Nutone customer service is terrible and the warrentee service people that were sent out to fix it did notknow anything about this product. This is quite upsettin... Read More

Quality of the system seems good so far.
The item is excellent with the heat and exhaust fans - two separate motors in the same unit.
This must have been a return, missing parts; install brackets, screw to secure the cover.
We liked the first one until the heat section decided not to work after only three years.
Price
It's a little pricey but well worth it for older individuals who dread showering because of the cold air.
Luckily i had a contractor that was able to improvise, tho it cost me more for installation because of missing material.

This model is considerably less than the other with the led light.
Also, both vent and heat are very, very quiet compared to the old unit.

It heats up the entire bathroom very quickly

This process requires you to purchase a bolt extender to allow the light fixture to be secured to hold the vent frame in place

Broan should allow the extended bolt to be included with the unit to accommodate for a retrofit and or new installation
