Pros

Easy to install and use. If you have no obstacles i think the install will go easy. Direction was adjustable but you can mount it in any position. I see it mounted near the ceiling in some folks' photos.

This little heater is powerful, it heats up the 14x14 foot kitchen/utility room in a matter of minutes. Keeps the pups toasty on cold winter nights. Unit seems to put out much more heat then old unit.

I would immediately and without hesitation buy another one. Love it.

Cons

It heats up in seconds * off the thermostat without really heating the room. Life expectancy of this product is about 3 weeks, then the core stops heating and then blows recirculated air.

Do not buy anything with the broan name. Most of these type of products are homeowner projects. I hope the quality has improved. This brand is junk!
