The previous model gave very good service and as mentioned did so for at least 10 years

I drilled out the hole a bit to try and it still did not want to drive and i was unwilling to drill the hole any larger

It does move a lot of air and the blades turn quickly so its not as quiet as i expected

The blades seem well balanced so vibration from blades is not the source of noise
