Pros

Good quality and easy to install. Liked that it was complete; the design is a bit on the cheap side - be very careful with the exhaust pipe. Otherwise, very satisfied for function and price point.

It is quite noisy, which is my only complaint. It's pretty quiet too all things considered. Sometimes there are noises in the bathroom that a loud fan can help conceal.

Completely eliminated mold and mildew and moisture in bathroom. A little plasticky looking but does the job in my daughter's smallish bathroom.

The unit performs as stated. Tested and works as intended.

Cons

The duct included with the unit is very flimsy, and prone to ripping / splitting. There is a rectangular wiring box that juts out of the side of the unit. The box needs a spacer to prevent the motor/body from moving and crushing the duct.

Pretty well built, pain in the rear to install.

No good way to vent to outside due to all concrete construction.

It removes enough volume to turn off shortly after showering and the mirror condensation magically is gone.

It is a little on the loud side but not too bad and that's a small price to pay for the effectiveness of such a small unit.

This was a cheap solution to improving our bathroom air circulation!
