Pros
This heater looks great in our freshly repainted all white bathroom. Ease of installation. Flush mount. And i love the warmth it provides while i’m showering.
It has a sleek, clean look, and does it's job at a reasonable humming volume. The heater is not noisy and heats up the small bath very quickly.
Cons
Heater vibrates and is noisy. I have another heater from another maker that is much quieter.
Service identified a heater core as a defective part. Great idea, extremely poor engineering and execution. I wish i had listened to the reviews on this item, but you will probably do as i did and think people was just over exaggeration.

I was very concerned about the job specifically the taking out of the housing and putting it back in because there is not a lot of room and funky configuration

Turns out i simply removed the parts from the new one dusted the old one off and putting the new parts into it
