Perfect replacement for the 30 year old model it replaced.
Little bit of mcgiver moves needed to get it to fit in our old trailer but that is due to outdated trailer, not product.
But, i am giving it 5 stars because for what it is, it is a well made product.
It was simple seeing as i could use the current housing and just needed to pop the old motor out and replace with the new motor.
Price
Installation was fast and easy and price was agreeable.
Really only needed the motor with the fan but the price is right on this item.
In my pursuit for purchasing the motor i found the prices comparable to this kit and usually more (sometimes because of shipping cost).
Competitiveness
Highly recommend broan products, they seem to last a long time and are engineered to easily be maintained.
