Pros
Used to replace a similar model with heater but no light. Fairly easy to install. Takes a 60 watt bulb but if you use an led you can go with a higher watt light equivalent.
Fan is much quieter and works well. Soundwise, it's a little louder than the old one, but it's moving more air, so that was almost expected. Noise is acceptable as well as air suction. Works well and may be slightly quieter than the 70cfm fan it repla... Read More
Cons
Price is too high for what you get. Not impressed with the damper. Space provide for light bulb is very small and will not allow installation of any bulb larger than a night lamp.

Picked this up on sale for $72 on amazon and at that price point it's worth it.
Easy to install and what a great price!
Second, not happy that a week after installing, the price dropped from $103 to $77.
Good price, perfect for a small bathroom.

Update, 8/18/2022 - i contacted broan customer support and they quickly responded and are sending a new fan.
What was ordered was shipped as advertised.

Didnt give it five stars because when the light is on you can clearly see thru the slots in the cover showing the inner parts of the fan

Fan is pretty noisy and the fan backed showed up bend and missing the nut holding the entire thing together
