Pros

The fan is really quiet and the light is plenty bright for this small guest bath. It lights up the entire shower where before it was dark. The light is sufficient for reading, says my wife.

Love this exhaust fan. Not whisper quiet but not annoyingly loud. I prefer broan / nutone because their motors are usually easily available.

This fan dramatically reduces the humidity in my bathroom. Remarkable difference in moisture level after showering. Quiet and moves the moisture out of the bathroom very quickly.

Installation is about as easy as you could ask for such a product. The installation calls for 3 screws to go through the metal box into the cross member. Every install is unique. Drawback is that it really takes an electrician to install it.

I think for the money this is the perfect option and we searched for quite a while before deciding on this one.

It is a good value for the price, and i would strongly recommend it.

I prefer broan / nutone because their motors are usually easily available from supply houses if they ever need replacement.

Panasonic is also a reliable brand, usually a few $ more than broan
