It was identical to my old one accept it has broan on the front plate

The parts that got bent happened while the unit was being held in place during installation not when it was being pulled out of the box

Note to broan the installer ignored what was written on the box and lifted it out exactly as the box warned not too

How about packing it in a way that does not require reading the box for proper removal because im sure i did not have the first contractor that will not bother reading the box no matter how large you print the warning

This range hood was purchased to replace an old broan model that i had for 20 years which still worked but the epoxy on the control panel degraded over time and the control panel fell off
