Great oem bronan replacement motor for my bathroom fan. Saw improvements in clearance for fan blade to housing so much quieter. Once installed it is rather quiet and works well. It's not silent, but quieter than my old fan, enough so you know it's on.... Read More
This new one works great! Works as advertised. Was happy with the installation. This is an excellent product.
Using a screwdriver, insert it around the center next to the single tab on the receptacle side. Just unplug, unclip the single-tab side, and swing the motor plate down to remove the old one. Then repeat the process in reverse to install the new motor.... Read More
Took me only a few minutes to swap out old fan for this new one. Pictured is the old unit it replaced. Hope it lasts 20 years like the old one did.

When it started clanging we replaced it with this one

The reason we replaced it is because the current fan worked okay but after 34 seconds it would hum and vibrate very loudly

Upon removing we noticed there was a lot of play and movement within the motor shaft

Also turn the power off to be safe but youd probably be fine with it on if you have the male plug in on your current fan
