Pros
Charcoal filter works well to absorb odors. Works specially when you fry a lot. For ductless application, ues the charcoal filter, for ducted, either regular or grease filter.
Cons
It seems broan drops support as soon a a product is discontinued. Product was recommended and did not fit. While it wasn't a charcoal filter it didn't give off any oil/grease smells whenever my hood vent was turned on.
