Pros

New design looks to be much better with the now self enclosed plenum. Saved 20. Minutes and zero complaints. Easy to install.

Fan clears the moisture from showering almost immediately. No more fogging mirror when showering.

The led light does a good job brightening the room. My electrician says he can install a dimmer switch in case the bulb is too bright.

Cons

The fan was professionally installed but shortly after began grinding. Now it doesn't. Go through all the trouble of installing to be disappointed.
