Pros
Great fume and odor extraction. Have to buy charcoal filters hpf30 separately. Works with frigidaire professional french door refrigerator.
It has 2 round lights with changeable bulbs. Has two lights - low light is plenty for cooking, don't need the second one. The unit is 2 inches deeper than standard units witch enhances lighting over the cook stove area.
Great unit — very pleased. Changes from one setting to the next so smoothly.
The only negative part of the install is the instructions. Installed as ductless and instructions fairly good. Took two people to install. Very much well worth the money and versatile with the ability to install it either ventless or vented.
Fan works fine, noise is not obnoxious. The fan volume is quieter that one unit i replaced. The filtration is great with the addition of charcoal filters.
Cons
The lights beep when you push the button and both low and high indicator lights shows the lights should be on, but no lights. Filters are as flimsy as they can be. The suction isn't very good either.

Simple and efficient rangehood is a just well built.
Many range hoods have the fan off to one side, which creates uneven fume extraction.
It beeps with every button push, and you have to go thru all levels to turn it off.
Price
Keep an eye on price as it goes up and down frequently.
Costs a little more than the cheapest ductless but very much worth it imo.
Overall it’s not bad for the price.
Required purchase of charcoal filters at additional cost.

Took us two days but it finally got it done.
I had my appliance delivery tech from best buy install my range hood after he delivered my refrigerator.

Arrived in great shape and works great!

The ducting outlet adapters are very thin sheetmetal and the peice we needed was tweaked

When the fan light is on while i am cooking i can easily see the cooking moisturegrease spatters are easily carried away from the outer edge of my range so that i rarely need to wipe the painted wall behindabove the stove
