Pros
Installation is easier compared to my old unit, the ez bracket helps a lot. The vent is terrific - great light, very quiet fan, good suction.
Replaces a 46 year old nutone/broan exhaust hood. This glacier unit matches my org range hood with 400 cfm (450 cfm is only in open air btw), and it has dual blower. Insulate the outside of your flue pipe for even less noise.
Lights and fan work well. Ther are different settings for the lights and fan and there is a timer. The unit remembers speeds and light dim levels.
The dual fans provide plenty of suction out in all three levels of operation. Comes with an timed turn-off option that is handy. It' all metal except for the plastic fan blades.
Product itself is both more effective at clearing the air over the stove and quieter than the unit it replaces. Only concern is the charcoal filters are $80 to replace.
Cons
This one is much lower quality than the last and harder to install. Tried to isolate them to reduce noise but still audible constant hum. This is unacceptable for the price of these things.

Price
A bit pricy compared to some others but i am very happy with the fan and light.
This is a great unit, we got it on amazon for a steal.
My only concern is the charcoal filters are $80 to replace.

Amazon nearly painlessly cross-shipped a new one which arrived intact.
I finally got them to ship the third one by ups, and it arrived intact.
Next time we will open packages upon arrival and inspect them if can’t get them installed immediately.
Also the delivery bo’s was not taped properly and was partly open on delivery.

Competitiveness

I bought this new glacier range hood to replace my old nutone ws3 that i bought 20 years ago.
It's also 20-40 lbs lighter and priced hundreds of dollars lower than brands with comparable features.
And it's very very low noise, whereas the 375 is "merely" very low noise.
