    I had someone install it years ago and when one finally gave out recently i bought the same model easily removed the fan assembly and foam insulation along the sides and top of the outer housing from inside the old unit and placed the new foam and fan assembly inside the old outer housing

    Be sure you vent with 8 venting and through an 8 roof jack and youll get good flow
