This thing is quieter than the old one i took out and boy oh boy it has way more power than the old one too i mean i knew the old one was dying but i didnt realize exactly how bad it was otherwise i would have replaced it years ago before it up and quit on me

The switches work perfect light is on off fan is low high off cfm not too high but does work pulling evaporating grease smoke and such through the washable metal screen
