This new one was easy to install and is a big improvement.
Excellent replacement for cover and lens .
The tabs of this lens are flush with the edge, they don't stick out like wings like the other ones you'll find on amazon.
I drilled holes in the tabs and mounted the original reflector unit to the back of the grill with four screws shown in the red circles.
Price
Cover was exactly what i expected and not too expensive.
It's a bit expensive for what it is but it's a really easy quick fix install.
It is a little expensive for what you get because i thought it would include a light shield.
Shipping
Broan wanted 40 plus 9 shipping for a new lens.
Packaging/appearance
Looks much better than the old 1988 fan cover.

I ended up drilling a hole in each corner and screwing into the frame around the unit and then painting the screw heads white
