    There was no damper in the duct and when using either the heater or ac a lot of outside air got sucked down that duct into the house terribly inefficient

    Enlarged the round hole to the required 11 x 12 square hole

    This is because you have to bring the duct into the enclosure to attach it and it was way too hard for me to do this with a 6 duct
