No adverse symptoms like stomach upset or allergic reaction which i get from fresh pineapples and you can’t get the concentration you get from this supplement eating raw pineapples anyway

Just started taking this supplement mindful that it normally takes a few weeks for a supplement to get into your system so can only share initial thoughts at this juncture

An additional thought is that there are only 60 capsules in a packet but youre recommended to take 1 to 3 a day with that in mind i believe a 90capsule pack would probably be better if you choose to take the higher dose
