Competitiveness
Brooks adrenaline gts24 is better than 23, hoka gaviota and saucony.
After using both the gts 21 and 23, i was impressed by how much brooks has improved this model.
The gts 24 says it has nitrogen-infused soles, but i can't feel any difference from the earlier models.
The shoes are usually better than the ones that are specifically marketed for bad feet.

The ghost 16 were spongy whereas these are firmer cushion a good thing

For some reason the gts 24 model came out later than expected and i had worn out my previous pair before i could find an adrenaline that fit
