Pros & Cons
Pros
They start firm, but the cushioning and flexibility increases with wear. No rubbing or blisters at all. These are the only casual trail shoes hubby will wear.
The new design includes welcome updates like a roomier toe box and modernized lacing system. The toe box has a semi-rigid plastic toe protector, and an 11.
Brooks' signature biomogo dna midsole provides good cushioning and support on uneven terrain. The sticky rubber outsole grips well on most surfaces. Overall, this newest iteration is a decent stability trail shoe for beginner or moderately active runn... Read More
These just deliver the goods! My first pair of brooks. I'm totally sold on this brand. They're brooks so theyll last forever.

Highlights
Quality
Great shoes with fantastic grip of road with great arch support.
Great walkers that have been very durable after 4 months of regular use around the neighborhood and on trails.
After a week and more than 120 miles they still look like new (other than dusty)
I was forced to look for a new shoe for disc golf as the new balance i have been purchasing for two years was discontinued.
Price
Finally got this pair at a discounted price.
Hard to beat that for the price!
Plus point is they’re half of what the 17’s cost.
This is a model from last year for reduced price.
Packaging/appearance
Arrived in excellent condition and true to size.
The toe box has a semi-rigid plastic toe protector, and an 11.
Competitiveness
I tried a couple other brands and then tried these brooks.
I have worn brooks cascadia hiking shoes for 10+ years and would not choose any other brand.
These are really light compared to the salomon xr pros.
