Pros

Since i have now recovered and have been using the ghost, it is my preferred jogging shoe. These are perfect fit for my inner soles which have a 4e width.

The cushioning is good and provides some added impact resistance for my 66 year old knees. Brooks is the only brand i like these days for comfort/price ratio when they go on sale under $100, but hard pass when they are normal price $140 retail.

Cons
