Pros

The shoe fits like my other previous ghost line. The size is true to size, which i appreciate because i always seem to need to order one size up. My only complaint is about the seller zappos.

The brooks ghosts are the most comfortable shoes i have ever worn. Comfortable and has cushion. Even looks good with my denim jeans.

The updated midsole absorbs impact without sacrificing energy return. Traction and durability are also commendable. They have great traction for running and a little bounce in your step.

The new engineered mesh upper hugs my feet comfortably. The breathability is top-notch. My only complaint is that the foot padding is not as soft as i thought it would be.

Cons

The insole now has zero cushioning. It is like the heal material is melting or compressing in a bad way. Theres no grip whatsoever.

These were recommended my marathon sports, but were a better price on amazon.
