Arch Support
Customers rave about the excellent arch support provided by the Brooks Men’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe, making it an ideal choice for individuals with high arches and those who overpronate. The shoes are also praised for their overall comfort and reliability. However, some customers have noted that they don't breathe well, but this doesn't seem to deter them from purchasing the shoes.
Comfortable
Customers are overwhelmingly positive about the comfort of the Brooks Men's Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoes. They praise the shoes for their soft landing and nice amount of pop when toeing off, as well as their modern and less boring styling. Some customers have been wearing this model for multiple years due to its consistent high level of comfort.
Sole Padding
Customers generally praise the sole padding of the Brooks Men’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe, with some expressing a need for more arch support. A few customers have noticed that shoes have been getting softer over the years and appreciate the consistency of this model. However, a small group of purchasers mention experiencing discomfort from the shoe's sides or heel area.
Highlights
Quality
The shoes are versatile, i’ve ran on trails and pavement and look forward to putting them to good use in the near future.
This is my 4th pair of ghosts and they are by far the best shoes for a wide foot and high arch.
Months when these start not providing me w/ support and comfort.
It appears that their quality has not suffered.
Shipping
6-7 days a week arrive at my gym, grind baltimore @ 4:20am!
Packaging/appearance
I especially appreciated that they came in all-black; generally i've found that the more serious a running shoe is, the uglier it is.
Competitiveness
These are really good and way more comfortable than nike airs or top-of-the-line new balance shoes, and the price is much lower too.
The levitate and adrenaline are similar and a notch more firm than the ghosts, at about 2.
They're heavier and more durable than a performance shoe, but plenty light enough for anything non-competitive.
