Pros

Great for my long distance walks, exercise classes and every day errands. They’ are stylish enough to wear even when i am not hitting the pavement. It is more running than cross fit due to the height and padding.

Cons

They are 5/10 squishy with muted ground feel (but only half as squishy as nike invincibles) they are somewhat narrow throughout the shoe. Already having to use shoe glue on a brand new pair of brooks.
