There is absolutely no arch support, the heels have completely torn open on the inside, and there is tearing starting around the tops of the laces as well. Go a new pair of shoes and there were previously worn disgusting.

Overall i’m happy with them no running shoes last forever i alternate between them but this shoe seems to be lasting have had for at least a month and i run 6 days awake
