The brooks transcend is awesome! First, the looks are much nicer than my original transcends. Still my favorite brand and series of shoe.

Caused severe long lasting damage to my left toe and sent me to the er.

Best cushion best motion control, best comfort and longest durability.

Plenty of stability with guide rails down the sides.

I have tried hundreds and hundreds of shoes in the last 4 years trying to find a quality shoe.

They were also stiff underfoot to the point that they didn't feel all that cushioned.

Price

These are expensive but they have all the design features that help prevent injury in heavier runners.

Like i said, they are expensive but at at the same time cheap compared to knee and hip problems.
