Very light weight compared to previous versions and it cushions well i put in arch support so it’s not the removable cushions that provide the soft impact rather the construction of the shoe

They have decent but not crazy traction ive taken them on some trails but dont recommend them for anything slick although the toe guard at least takes the edge off if you do kick something

I grew to like them and when it was time to replace them the 10 had been replaced with the 12 and i couldnt find a 10
