I was wearing new balance but on one foot i had a slight nagging pain on the top of my foot and when i went to the super runner’s store in nyc they did an evaluation trying to figure out what the problem was

It turns out that on my one foot i had a slight pronation inward most likely from an ankle fracture i had from playing volleyball barefoot i see now how stupid that was
