Pros

This shoe is a good lightweight shoe. Cushioned - softer ride for longer runs and/or rougher terrain. Responsive - gives good ground feel and provides some responsiveness or bounce out of each step, but not as cushioned.

My only qualm is that i routinely form a hole at my large toe on my right foot. This isn't a knock on brooks, it's a compliment that i've worn them out.

The traction is very good on muddy and wet terrain. Brooks adrenaline are my go to shoe for walking up to 2 hours daily 6 days a week. Great grip even in semi muddy conditions. No root problems.

Cons

The laces are as tight as i can comfortably wear them, and i have blisters when i go walking for miles in them. I eventually slide some orthotics in to see if that would help - nope, these shoes still caused heel pain (when no other shoes would) left ... Read More
