Highlights
Quality
Don’t know why i waited so long to buy a server but i’m very happy with this one.
It’s fairly easy to use and learn, but you do need to spend time with the manual and do some testing.
By the time you fiddle with the knots, you can have this machine threaded.
Price
I love the quality and the price was good too.
Shipping
The shipping was fast, next day in fact, and when i went to use it it didn't work.
I unscrewed and removed the back plastic cover and low and behold the belt had somehow came off (i suppose during shipping).
Packaging/appearance
Was easy to set up and was pretty much ready to go out of the box.
Competitiveness
I have used a brother serger in the past.
I have been sewing a long time but never had a serger.
I will highly recommend this machine to anyone that wants a serger.
Make sure to use serger thread (those cones).

I got tired of my regular sewing machine constantly pulling my fabric apart and the seams ripping after a few wears so i decided to take the plunge and look into the serger again and was super intimidated by the reviews and videos of using this thing

The belt was pretty loose so i am wondering if it will stay attached had it not been loose i would have given this 5 stars
