At 300 dpi the thing zips photo (even duplex), it is amazing. It's flexible and you can adjust the brightness and contrast. I use it to scan my artwork, so i need high resolution scans.

This scanner is very fast, and doesn't jam up like others do. It is also very durable. I use this scanner a ton and it's incredibly fast and reliable.

Brother ads scanner gives up to 75 ppm scanning, allows for a lot of paper. Even if the reader has to pay substantially more, this is an excellent printer.

Cons

This is not able to connect to a network. As of 2/20/2022 no updated driver is available. Requires a usb but doesn't provide it.

There is not much you can do with the brother ads-2200 scanner except scan to a usb stick or scan to a computer.

Love the price point on this scanner.

Fast enough for what we need and cost.

Perhaps, that switch might have cost them all of a dollar, if that.

I ended up buying this one because it seemed a good mix of performance and cost.

Shipping

Good price for what i got, it is fast, easy and a bonus of scanning bothe sides at once

On another website, i offered someone for a used ads-2200 (which looks new), $55 and $15 for shipping and handling.

But the real miracle is how fast this scans two sides of any page.
