This one especially rocks because it connects easily via wi-fi to your phone or computer. The control screen is in color and bright. Output is prompt and set up was very easy.

Both are very simple actions to do. Very easy to solve. I also like that the footprint isn't very big. Very happy with my purchase.

Toner cartridges last indeed more or less 3000 copies. Last month was the busiest time of the year. Brother's highest capacity cartridge (tn770) gives you 4,500 which right now is on amazon for $121.

Cons

The networked printer will only connect to the network and print 1 time. It has to be rebooted every time you print. It's not compatible with comcast wifi router!

How this has so many good reviews is baffling. It is impotent and useless. No way can it be used during video conferencing.

For this amount of money i expect one to work flawlessly. Everytime i think ive got it working good, it disappoints again. The things i love about this machine are rendered useless when it goes offline.

Trying to scan using top-loading automatic document feeder, all the scans are skewed/slanted several degrees. Something about the adf paper feed mechanism just pulls the sheets through crooked.
