Pros

Easy to purchase (good price and free super saver shipping) and easy to install. Item is always in a sealed plastic bag. I hope that what appear to be covid shortages in many products end soon.

Cons

Their pricing for supplies is grossly unfair. The cartage comes in two parts, the most important part was missing, the ink!
