Cons

The brother printer refuses to recognize these are not top quality cartridges. We are about 500 or so pages into using this toner and already the pages are not printing correctly due to the lack of ink. Wonder fi they also sell empty toner cartridges?... Read More

No corporate strategy is behind this ridiculousness. This drum unit that cost over $130 is garbage and no good to me. Will not buy brother supplies from amazon again.

Piece of junk with error messages stresses me out. Fix your product. It is defective.
