Pros

It is economical and works well. The quality is always exceptional. Brother is good value and the ink lasts longer than ever.

Cons

The cyan is fine, but the yellow lasted about 50 pages. Looks like it leaked in the packaging. Cleaned heads multiple times and still not right.

Box of cartridges was sent in a mailing envelope.

Liked that product was delivered on time and the items sent were what i ordered.

I ordered this ink some months ago but did not need it as i still had ink in my reserve.

Packaging/appearance

I could have given 4 stars instead of 5 because of the packaging.

Long lasting as brother states on packaging.

The bag was ripped so severely that i'm amazed my ink cartridges were still in it.

Box arrived crushed but the cartridges all looked to be in good condition.

Competitiveness

The amount of money i spent on after-market cartridges ended up costing me more than the original brand.

Their off-brand competitors provide great pricing but their products do not allow full-featured use of the printer.
