Pros & Cons
Pros
The printers are well-priced, but the labels are a little expensive compared to other alternatives. Overall still the most economical option. Good price and prompt delivery.
Cons
The 1880 uses tz tape but the cover will not close once this cartridge is inserted. If i wrap a cable with this label tape, it wrinkles, puckers, loses adhesion and even makes that section of cable stiff.
Highlights
Quality
Works great for marking our network cables.
Competitiveness
We have used these constantly over the years to place flags or wrap cable id's on cat5e and cat6 cables.
I have used them on lots of power cords, cat5e cables, and fiber optic lines.
