New toner cartridges have three tabs and can not be used in the hl- l8360 cdw. When replacing an empty toner cartridge, there is a plastic ridge that will not allow you to slide the re-assembled drum unit back into the printer.
The center tab interferes with a plastic part of the printer frame. The toner carriage is defective!

It is sad when your toner is almost the same cost as a new printer

I only use genuine brother toners because brother will void their warranty on the machine itself when using none oem … learned that the hard way
