Price

This toner is good quality as expected from the manufacturer but i just can't give it 5 stars since the cost is just too rediculous.

I cannot stand how oem toner costs 3-4 times that of other brands.

Shipping

I love the fact that brother includes a pre-paid shipping label so you can return your empty printer cartridge to them in the same package.

What i like the most is shipping back the used one.

If your cartridge doesn't have the recycle shipping label, or is missing the styrofoam end caps in the box, beware!

I was surprised when the cartridge i received did not have the usual shipping label from brother for recycling.
