C good luck when you finally apply for the return label and it not only doesnt arrive brother ignores all your emails and because a cartridge serial number must be provided you find you are unable to enter a second request

It’s extremely aggravating that when my printer is still putting out perfectly black legible pages the brother refuses to print one more page
